Do you offer grooming services?

Yes, we provide professional grooming services including bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat care.

Do you offer pet insurance?

While we don't provide insurance directly, we work with all major pet insurance providers and can help you with the necessary documentation for claims.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. Payment is expected at the time of service.

What are your opening hours?

Our Centre Vétérinaire at Howald is open Mon-Fri 8:00-22:00 and Sat-Sun 9:00-16:00.
Cabinet Vétérinaire at Alzingen is open Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00.
Cabinet Vétérinaire at La Pétrusse is open Mon, Tue, Fri 9:00-18:00, Wed-Thu 15:00-19:00, and Sat 9:00-12:00.

We also offer 24/7 emergency services at all locations.

Do I need an appointment?

We recommend booking an appointment for routine care to minimize wait times. However, we welcome walk-ins and are always ready to help in emergencies.

What should I do in an emergency?

Call our emergency line immediately at +352 661 999 244. If possible, call ahead so we can prepare for your arrival. Keep your pet calm and transport them safely to our clinic.

Emergencies include difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, seizures, collapse, suspected poisoning, inability to urinate, severe vomiting or diarrhea, trauma, and any life-threatening condition.
