If your pet is in distress, please call us immediately at 369 807 during our opening hours. After we provide help at 661 999 244. Our team is ready to provide urgent care when your pet needs it the most.
For emergencies outside clinic hours and in case you can’t reach us at 661 999 244, please refer to the nearest 24/7 veterinary clinic.
Preparing for Surgery
To prepare your pet for a safe and successful procedure:
- No food 12 hours before surgery unless advised otherwisely
- Bring all relevant documents from preliminary examinations with you
- If your pet is currently taking medication regularly, give it in the morning as usual
- Prepare the home for after the operation

To prepare your pet for a dental procedure:
- No food 12 hours before surgery unless advised otherwise
- If your pet is currently taking medication regularly, give it in the morning as usual
- Your pet should often only eat soft food for a few days after the dental cleaning especially if teeth need to be removed. You can purchase special food from us after the procedure or you can stock up on it beforehand.

It is best to visit your vet at least once a year for a checkup.
What can I do if my dog has diarrhea?
Offer bland diets such as boiled rice or boiled chicken. If this doesn't help give us a call for further advise.
How do I recognize that my dog or cat is in pain?
Signs of pain include whining, limping, or decreased appetite. In this case give us a call.
How often should cats and dogs be dewormed?
Cats and dogs should be dewormed every 3 months. For animals living just inside deworming ones a year is in most cases sufficient.
What should I do if I suspect intoxication in my pet?
Seek immediate veterinary care and try to identify what was ingested.
