Our Team

Receptionist & Assistant

Nathalie Thill

Always willing to give you extensive nutritional advice for your pet.

  • Started working at LuxiVet in August 2025
  • Worked as a (para)medical receptionist/assistant from 1989

“I have loved and owned animals my whole life and working here is a dream come true. Besides my work at the front desk and in the lab, I specialize in nutritional advice for our four-legged patients. While I deeply adore all animals, I am a crazy cat lady. Outside of the clinic, I am a dedicated catsitter and animal sponsor and I travel to Gran Canaria twice a year to support local cat rescue. Even when I travel around the world, a beloved hobby of mine, my first priority is finding a furry friend to pet.”

Joelle Pangritz

Cares deeply for the wellbeing and happiness of both our patients and their owners.

  • Part of the Luxivet team since February 2026.
  • Before, she gained many years of experience in the fields of logistics and administration, in which she worked since 2009.

“I have a horse, a dog, and two cats — all of them cherished members of the family. I love spending time with animals and caring for them. I come from logistics and administration and love combining my experience with my passion at Luxivet and giving my best to have happy animals and owners. For me, life is simply better when it is shared with animals — they bring joy, comfort, and unconditional love every single day.

Fun fact: I am a roller coaster addict!”
